QRSE was founded on a simple belief: infrastructure projects succeed when experienced professionals combine technical expertise with practical execution.

Since Kai Nani Kraut founded QRSE in 2013, QRSE has grown from a small Hawaii-based consulting firm into a multidisciplinary team supporting transportation, environmental, construction, and technology initiatives across Hawaii and the continental United States. Today, our professionals help agencies, owners, and project teams navigate complex requirements, manage risk, and deliver successful outcomes.

What makes QRSE different is the depth of experience behind our work. Our team includes engineers, environmental specialists, construction professionals, and program experts who have supported major infrastructure programs at the federal, state, and local levels.
